Scoring of the callcenter telephone system of Zalando in 16 languages

Zalando eServices PLC, on of the worlds leading online retailers for shoes and fashion, located in Berlin, was looking for an audio partner helping them with the sonification of their internal and external callcenter telephone system in 2011. The system was needed in 16 languages with the specification that the speakers would be available for constant updates, continual high quality of the recordings and a Hear & Feel fitting the company. Among the 16 languages were all Westeuropean and Nordic languages. New recordings are made regularly in several languages.
